cancellation and refunds:::
Order for items and services delivered electronically cannot be cancelled once you have confirmed payment. Where an ongoing online service is unavailable for a period of time, requests for refunds are handled in line with the terms of the Service Level Agreement relating to that service.
4T2 reserves the right to withdraw online services at any time. In this event, 4T2 will refund the remaining amount of the subscription for any online service.
