The team enjoyed a day of light hearted education and aerial high jinks last week. Starting with a morning of group work, the aim was to examine the best ways that the team could improve the way in which it works. Looking at how we focus, how we can have fun, how to maintain a positive mental attitude and finally how we can share all of this with our clients. Interspersed with short presentations and short games, great fun was had by all.

The day was rounded off with a trip to Go Ape where we all participated in clambering precariously through the trees on wobbly bridges, sliding down long zip lines and flying in to cargo nets on rope swings.
