New site for the Borough of Poole Council

Poole's most visited website has had an overhaul. Developed by 4T2 and re-launched this month, the Borough of Poole's new-look website builds on its reputation as one of the best local authority websites in the country.

Boroughofpoole.com has been redesigned to make it easier for people to do business with the council, particularly if they suffer from visual impairments. A flexible A-Z directory system gives quick access to over 1,500 content pages, whilst an automated tagging system makes it easy for Council staff to manage all content in accordance with the latest e-government data standards.

The site also includes content management tools allowing Council users to create interactive questionnaires and integrate site content with the councils customer relationship management systems.
