Tracy Beaker's Beakeriser

CBBC

Tracy Beaker returns in style

Genre: Avatar
Released: 2010

Transport yourself, friends and family into the world of Tracy Beaker.

The Beakeriser is an entertaining and interactive Tracy Beaker character builder. The project was an in-house commission from CBBC for a character creation system and accompanying mini-games to support their successful children's TV series. The BBC outsourced this project to 4T2. Far more than just an avatar creator, it functions as a gateway to creating personalised games. These can be shared online or offline with friends, increasing audience reach. As each character is built, it comes to life 'magically' with animation and audio effects. The Beakeriser has also been designed as a prelude to a forthcoming Tracy Beaker simulation game which will allow the children to manage the characters they have created.

The Children

The Tracy Beaker Beakeriser is fab to play and very easy to use. I can't wait to play more Beakeriser games in the future.

Harriet Clapson (aged 8)
